Berzinsky Architects spearheaded the redevelopment of the former Suburban Newspaper Building in downtown Wayne, PA, transforming it into a multi-tenant business and retail center. Situated in the heart of suburban Main Line Philadelphia, directly across from the Wayne Train Station, the building boasts an ideal location. The project entailed upgrading all services, restoring the main facade, and creating a new Accessible Main Tenant Entrance Lobby characterized by warm wood tones and striking red accents.
